After a successful pupillage, Jeremy practiced for a number of years in the Cayman Islands undertaking a diverse and varied practice in Company formation, trusts and off-shore Company management as well as a busy Criminal practice.

Jeremy appeared for the Defence in three capital murder cases, (unlead) as well as many fraud and international money laundering cases. One of his last cases in the Islands was in connection with the collapse and subsequent fraud investigation into the B.C.C.I. liquidation in 1980/90.

He now carries out a busy and demanding practice involving all aspects of Criminal work , including Prosecution and Defence work.

Jeremy also has a busy Defence led practice in similar areas of law and represented the Defence in the successful Appeal dealing with the question of delay in historical sex cases: R-v-B (2003)2.Cr. App. R. 13
